Medical Weight Loss
Care works better when the same clinician stays with you.
Pick your clinician once, then keep seeing that same person.

- The same clinician at every follow-up
- An individualized plan that evolves with you
- Licensed, nationally certified Utah clinicians
Why continuity matters in weight management
Weight management is a long-term treatment relationship, not a one-time transaction. The details that matter — what you've tried, how you responded, what your labs and history show — only help you if the person reviewing them already knows them.

One clinician who knows your history
You choose a clinician and continue seeing that same person for your follow-up visits. Nothing has to be re-explained at the start of every appointment.
Adjustments based on your actual progress
Because your provider has seen your prior visits, changes to your plan are made in the context of what you've already tried, how you responded, and what your goals are.
Plateaus get discussed, not ignored
Progress rarely moves in a straight line. When results slow down, that conversation happens with someone who already understands your history.
Side effects handled by someone familiar with your plan
If you experience side effects, your clinician reviews them alongside your medical history and treatment plan, and discusses next steps with you.

The same clinician at every follow-up.
How ongoing care works
- 1
Your first visit is a real clinical visit
An initial video visit ($99) with a licensed Utah clinician. Your clinician will review your medical history, goals, and whether medical weight management is appropriate for you based on current clinical guidelines.
- 2
You and your clinician agree on a follow-up schedule
Your provider will recommend an appropriate follow-up schedule for your situation. You book those visits when you're ready — there's no subscription and no membership fee.
- 3
Follow-ups stay with the same clinician
Follow-up video visits are $79 and follow-up digital visits are $39. Availability varies based on clinician schedules, with available times displayed before booking.

Prescriptions go where you want them
If medication is part of your plan, your provider can send prescriptions to your preferred retail pharmacy, a manufacturer fulfillment program, or a compounding pharmacy when clinically appropriate. Medication is billed separately by the pharmacy you choose.
Medication cost varies depending on the medication prescribed, the pharmacy selected, manufacturer programs, and availability. HSA/FSA eligible for qualified expenses — please confirm eligibility with your plan administrator.
